By accessing and using KOL.Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

KOL.Tools provides online content creation tools including image editing, text overlay, background removal, QR code generation, and AI-powered content generation tools.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Free Tools vs. AI Tools

  • Free Tools: Add Text to Photo, Background Remover, Image Resizer, Color Palette, and QR Generator are free to use with no limits.
  • AI Tools: AI-powered features require credits. Credits are purchased separately and never expire.

5. Payments and Refunds

All credit purchases are processed through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems to abuse our services

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of content you create using our tools. We do not claim any rights to your creations. The KOL.Tools name, logo, and website design are our property.

8. File Processing

Free tools process files in your browser — your files never leave your device. AI tools require server processing; files are deleted immediately after processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

KOL.Tools is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
