Getting Started
How does the subscription model work?
KOL.Tools uses a subscription model. Free users get 3 AI uses per day. Plus ($19/mo) gives 1,500 Standard-quality AI processes per month. Pro ($49/mo) adds 5,000 HD-quality processes, batch processing, and premium presets.
How many free tries do I get?
All users get 3 free AI uses per day. No sign-up required to try. Creating a free account lets you track usage history and access additional tools.
Do free tools require credits?
No! Tools like Add Text to Photo, Background Remover, Image Resizer, Color Palette Generator, and QR Generator are completely free to use with no limits. Only AI-powered tools require credits.
Pricing & Payments
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus ($19/mo) includes 1,500 Standard-quality AI processes per month with no watermark. Pro ($49/mo) adds 5,000 HD-quality processes, batch image processing, and access to all premium presets. Both can be canceled anytime.
Do I need to buy credits?
No. We moved from a credit system to a pure subscription model. There are no credit packs to buy — just pick a plan that fits your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days if core features have not been used. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Pro Plan
How do I cancel my Pro Plan subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account settings or visit /account/subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes! You can change your billing interval anytime. When switching, you'll be credited for any unused time.
What happens if I cancel Pro Plan?
After cancellation, you'll keep Pro benefits until the end of your billing period. Then you can continue with the Free plan (3 AI uses per day) or upgrade again anytime.

Which AI tools do you offer?
We offer AI Cover Generator, AI Image Editor, Image Upscaler, Photo to Video, Video Watermark Remover, and AI Auto-Cut. More AI tools coming soon!
Are there any usage limits?
Free users are limited to 3 AI uses per day. Plus subscribers get 1,500 AI processes per month. Pro subscribers get 5,000 AI processes per month. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I use AI tools for commercial purposes?
Yes! All content generated using our AI tools can be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
