Privacy policy
This explains how submission information, language preferences, and payment-related records are handled.
What we collect
When you submit a tool, we collect profile information, company or team name, contact email, supporting notes, and sponsored interest. To prevent abuse, we store a one-way hash of the network address rather than the raw address.
Language preferences and browser storage
The language switch stores a preference in browser Local Storage and a same-site cookie for up to one year. It is used to keep the interface language, not to build an advertising profile.
How we use it
Information is used for KOL.tools review, submitter contact, profile corrections, spam prevention, and paid homepage placement you choose to purchase.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database infrastructure, and optional Turnstile abuse protection. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive full card numbers. Vendor websites are third-party sites governed by their own policies.
Retention and requests
We retain data only as long as needed for review, compliance, and records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact data at hello@kol.tools. Necessary payment or anti-abuse records may be retained for legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
