1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KOL.Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
KOL.Tools provides KOL Clips, an AI service that converts long-form videos into multiple short clips with burned-in captions. Users upload source videos, choose clip settings, and download generated clips.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
4. Free Plan vs. Paid Plans
- ›Free Plan: Includes 1 generated clip per month at no cost.
- ›Paid Plans: Plus (10 clips/month) and Pro (50 clips/month) are billed monthly or yearly. Unused clips do not roll over.
5. Payments and Refunds
All subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on subscriptions if core features have not been used. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- ›Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ›Infringe on intellectual property rights
- ›Attempt to access other users' accounts
- ›Use automated systems to abuse our services
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of content you create using our tools. We do not claim any rights to your creations. The KOL.Tools name, logo, and website design are our property.
8. File Processing
KOL Clips requires server-side processing. Uploaded videos and generated clips are stored temporarily for processing and download, then removed according to our retention policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
KOL.Tools is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
