Getting Started
How does KOL Clips work?
Upload a long video, choose how many clips you want (3, 5, or 10) and the output ratio. AI transcribes the video, selects the best moments, burns captions, and gives you downloadable clips.
How many free clips do I get?
All users get 1 free generated clip per month. No credit card required. Sign in to track your clips in the Dashboard.
What video formats are supported?
MP4, MOV, and WebM files up to 60 minutes and 500MB are supported.
Pricing & Payments
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus ($19/mo) includes 10 generated clips per month. Pro ($49/mo) includes 50 clips per month and priority processing. Both can be canceled anytime.
Do I need to buy credits?
No. KOL Clips is billed by clip quota through your subscription plan. There are no separate credit packs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days if core features have not been used. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account settings or visit /account/subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes! You can change your billing interval anytime. When switching, you'll be credited for any unused time.
What happens if I cancel?
After cancellation, you'll keep your plan benefits until the end of your billing period. Then you can continue with the Free plan (1 clip/month) or upgrade again anytime.
KOL Clips
How are clips selected?
AI transcribes your video and identifies complete, engaging utterances. It ranks them by hook potential and length, then picks the top non-overlapping clips.
Are there any usage limits?
Free users get 1 clip/month. Plus gives 10 clips/month. Pro gives 50 clips/month. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month UTC.
Can I use generated clips commercially?
Yes! All clips generated with KOL Clips can be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
